Booking.com prioritizes requests from Trusted Flaggers in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act. As a Trusted Flaggers you play an important role in identifying illegal content on our platform and we value your expertise in detecting and identifying content that is non permissible on our platform.
If you are appointed by a Digital Services Coordinators and would like to notify us about illegal content, please fill in this form to register.
After validation of your eligibility, you will have access to the illegal notice form that requires you to submit more information amongst other the electronic location of the allegedly illegal content, substantiated explanation of the illegal content and other relevant information that will help us process your request.
Step 1: Register
Register by filling in the LINK. Once your registration is approved, you will have access to the illegal notice form set-up for Trusted Flaggers. Before registering, please read this LINK to Privacy Statement about the processing of your personal data.
Step 2: Fill in the Illegal Notice form
Please submit an illegal notice request through the LINK to form that is only accessible if your registration was successful. Note this form can also be used for submitting future illegal content notices.
Step 3: We evaluate your illegal notice submission
When the content is found to violate Booking.com’s Content Guidelines and/or our Terms & Conditions or otherwise constitutes illegal content, we take appropriate action. Typically we remove the content item and inform the content owner of any restrictions imposed on their content and provide an explanation of the reasons why we consider the information in question to be illegal content or a violation of our Content Policies. Our decision can be appealed by the content owner or a new version of the content can be submitted to us.
